Last updated: 2026. Applies to valiorisgroup.com and the External Security Snapshot tool.
When you submit the Security Snapshot form, we collect: your full name, business email, company name, the domain you asked us to analyze, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. If you tick the optional follow-up box, we also record that consent and its timestamp. If you write to us via the Contact page, we collect your name, email, and message.
The detailed results of your scan — the specific security findings about your domain — are never written to our database, and never shown on this website. They exist only for the duration of your request and are emailed to you once, at the address whose domain matched the one analyzed — that's also how we confirm you're authorized to have it analyzed. Only your overall score and risk level (e.g. "72/100, Low") are retained, since that's what powers the optional follow-up emails below.
Every page on this site — not just the scan form — records a basic pageview: which page, and, if you arrived from a link, which external site sent you. This is self-hosted (never sent to Google, Meta, or any other third party) and cookieless: nothing is stored in your browser. To count "unique visitors" without cookies, we generate a one-way fingerprint from your IP address and browser, mixed with a secret that changes every day, and keep only that fingerprint — never the IP or browser information itself. Because the mix changes daily, the same visitor gets a different, unrelated fingerprint the next day, so visits can't be linked across days or traced back to you. We also log whether you completed the scan form or the contact form (just that it happened, not what you entered) — that's how we measure whether the tool is useful, not who used it.
Your name, email, company, IP address, and user agent are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) before they're ever written to disk. Your domain and score stay unencrypted, since we need to query them directly to enforce the cooldown/rate limits and for our own aggregate statistics. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
If you tick the follow-up box on the scan form, you'll receive up to 4 emails over 2 weeks referencing your own score — nothing else is shared, and no scan findings are included since we don't keep them. These are not sent automatically: our system reminds a person on our team when one is due and drafts it for them, but a human reviews and sends each one individually — nothing goes out on autopilot. Every one of those emails includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately. Leaving the box unticked (the default) means you'll only ever get the one email with your actual results.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — write to info@valiorisgroup.com. To stop follow-up emails specifically, use the unsubscribe link in any of them, or ask us directly.
